Gilbert are requesting dimensional variances in the AG district for the construction of an accessory building on their property parcel # 12-031-006-00. The request is a variance to the rear yard setback of 20 feet and to the minimum distance between structures of 30 feet.
The Pine River Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on this matter at the Township Hall located at 1495 W Monroe Rd, St. Louis, MI 48880 at 7:00 p.m. on November 17, 2025.
