Aaron Adelman representing American Tower is requesting a setback variance in the
AG district for a proposed radio tower at 3245 W Adams Road, St. Louis, on parcel
#12-009-001-00. The request is a variance reducing required setback of 500 feet to a
requested 213 feet.
The Pine River Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on this
matter at the Township Hall located at 1495 W Monroe Rd, St. Louis, MI 48880 at 7:00 p.m.
on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
