Please take notice that the Pine River Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a regular meeting of the Planning Commission to be held at the Pine River Township Hall, located at 1495 W Monroe Rd. St. Louis, MI, 48880 on February 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in accordance with Act 33 of 2008, MCL 125.3801 et. seq. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity for residents and interested citizens to express their opinions, ask questions, and discuss all aspects of the proposed Gratiot Countywide Master Plan to be adopted as Pine River Township’s master plan. Written comments may be submitted on or before the date of the public hearing by directing any comments to Andi Whitmore (Clerk), 1495 W Monroe Rd. St. Louis, MI 48880, 989-681-5523.
