The Pine River Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Pine River Township Hall, 1495 W Monroe Road, Saint Louis, Michigan 48880, to consider: 1) a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 18 – Definitions, Sections 205 and 803 – Towing Business Special Use in Light Commercial District, and Adding Section 1533 for Towing Business Performance Standards), that would regulate the development and use of Towing Businesses within the Township; and 2) a text amendment to change the minimum required distance between buildings in all zoning districts to 15 feet.
